🎒 What You’ll Need:
- A cloth bag or pillowcase (opaque)
- 5–10 household objects (e.g., spoon, crayon, soft toy, pinecone, LEGO block)
- A curious little explorer!
🌀 How to Play:
- Prepare the Mystery Bag
Pack 5–10 assorted items into the bag while your child isn’t looking. - Blindfold or Close Eyes
Invite your child to close their eyes or wear a simple blindfold. - Feel & Describe
They reach in, feel one object at a time, and describe shape/texture/size. - Guess the Item
Encourage them to say aloud what they think it is—no peeking! - Reveal & Discuss
Show the object, talk about its use, origin, or spin a silly story.
🗣️ Try Saying:
“Can you find something that feels bumpy, like a dinosaur’s back?”
“What do you think this smooth, round object could be?”
🌈 Variations & Themes:
- Kitchen Kit: Spoons, measuring cups, wooden spoons.
