In a cozy village, every home had a lantern that glowed brightly every night—except one. Tiny Leena’s lantern wavered, and soon it went out completely. She felt worried her house would be the darkest on the street.

That evening, Leena’s grandmother said, “True light comes from within. Sometimes you must feed the flame.” Leena carefully refilled the lantern with fresh oil and trimmed the wick. Soon, her lantern shone just as brightly as all the others, guiding visitors home.

Moral: With care and patience, small things can shine their brightest.

2. The Brave Little Tadpole

In a quiet pond lived a tadpole named Tito. While the other tadpoles swam close to the lily pads, Tito dreamed of exploring the far side of the pond. But he was only a tadpole—no legs—so he felt scared.

One day, a gentle fish encouraged him: “Be brave, Tito. Your legs will come when the time is right.” Determined, Tito practiced kicking his tail and darting through reeds. Seasons passed, and Tito grew legs. Before long, he hopped onto land, proud to have faced his fear.

Moral: Courage grows when you keep trying, even if you’re not ready yet.

3. The Generous Little Cloud

High above the hills drifted a small cloud named Clara. She dreamed of doing something meaningful. One hot summer’s day, the villagers worked tirelessly, sweat dripping from their brows. Clara felt tiny drops of rain form inside her.

She gathered her courage and let the rain fall gently over the fields. Crops drank the water gratefully, and the villagers cheered. Clara realized that even the smallest cloud can bring great relief when it shares what it has.

Moral: Kind-hearted generosity, no matter how small, makes a big difference.
